Seats and plans
- Professional: up to 5 seats
- Team: up to 20 seats, with collaborative review
- Enterprise: unlimited seats with SSO/SAML (hosted web mode)
Roles
Assign roles so contributors can draft while reviewers approve. Role-based access keeps sensitive projects controlled. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML for centralized identity.
Collaborative review
- Writers draft responses in Response Studio.
- Reviewers comment on and approve responses.
- Approved responses feed the shared Cognitive Flywheel.
