Custom prompt templates let you standardise how CrestBid drafts responses — tone, structure, and required elements — so output is consistent across writers and projects.
What you can control
- Voice and tone (formal, plain-language, technical)
- Required structure (e.g. approach, evidence, outcome)
- Mandatory inclusions like compliance statements or differentiators
- Length and formatting conventions
Creating a template
- Open Settings › Prompt Templates.
- Create a template describing the structure and tone you want.
- Apply it at the project level or per response in Response Studio.
Pair templates with a curated knowledge base for output that’s both on-brand and grounded in your evidence.
