By accessing or using CrestBid AI ("the Software"), developed and distributed by MobiPrise Systems Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
2. Description of service
CrestBid AI is an AI-powered bid intelligence platform that runs entirely on the user's local infrastructure. The Software provides tools for bid proposal generation, knowledge base management, and response optimization using local AI models.
3. Licence grants
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees (if any), MobiPrise Systems Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
An evaluation licence is granted for the time-limited period stated in your evaluation licence key, with the full Professional feature set. Continued use requires upgrading to a paid plan.
Fees, currency, term, and payment terms are as stated in your signed order form or quotation. Prices published on our website are list prices and do not themselves constitute an offer or binding quote.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- Use the Software to build a competing product or service
- Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software to third parties
- Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms or access controls
5. Data privacy
CrestBid AI is designed to run entirely on your infrastructure. Your bid data, documents, and AI responses are processed locally and are not transmitted to MobiPrise Systems Private Limited servers. We do not collect, store, or process your bid content. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Software, including all source code, object code, documentation, and associated intellectual property, is owned by MobiPrise Systems Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. CrestBid is a trademark of MobiPrise Systems Private Limited.
7. Third-party components
The Software may include or depend on third-party open-source components. Those components remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed under their original terms. AI models used by the Software are subject to their respective model licences.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MobiPrise Systems Private Limited does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobiPrise Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, reflecting MobiPrise Systems Private Limited's headquarters, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
