Operations workflows that ask before they act.
Configuration-driven workflow platform for document-heavy and operations-heavy teams.
Design-partner programme. This product is new, and we say so. We're onboarding a small number of design partners: pilots scoped with our engineers, early-adopter pricing, and a roadmap shaped by your feedback.

Ingest
Documents and messages enter through connectors — email, ITSM, ERP, storage, data, and RPA — 19 in total.
Classify
A local model sorts each item by type before any extraction happens.
Extract
Structured data comes out via an OCR ladder (PaddleOCR, docTR, a vision model, Azure DI), with multilingual and audio transcription support.
Validate & route
A second-opinion reviewer model checks the result. Disagreement or low confidence sends the item to a policy-based human review queue instead of acting.
Act
Built-in robots (browser automation, SAP GUI scripting) or UiPath dispatch carry out packaged journeys — delivery-date change, order cancellation, return, rejection.
19 connectors, six categories.

Plus six more — the full connector list is available on request.
Reliability you can verify, not just trust.
Runs on your hardware
On-prem GGUF inference (Gemma-4-E4B text, Qwen2.5-VL-7B vision) — or any OpenAI-compatible/cloud model per workflow, your choice.
Nothing leaves your network
No vendor-hosted components. Nothing calls home, and nothing leaves your network.
Offline, signed licensing
Offline signed licence keys and air-gapped model distribution over LAN, for isolated environments.
Everything Orchestrator Studio does
Ingest → classify → extract → validate/route → act.
OCR ladder: PaddleOCR, docTR, a vision model, Azure DI.
Multilingual documents and audio transcription.
Knowledge base and chat.
Second-opinion reviewer model: disagreement holds the run for humans.
Policy-based HITL review queue.
Durable resume, run history, activity feed, accuracy analytics.
Built-in robots — browser automation via Playwright, SAP GUI scripting. No RPA licence needed.
UiPath dispatch supported.
Packaged journeys: delivery-date change, order cancellation, return, rejection.
OIDC SSO (Entra/Okta), tenant isolation.
Offline signed licence keys.
Distributed tracing (Jaeger), Prometheus, Grafana dashboard.
How Orchestrator Studio keeps its answers honest.
Grounded in your documents, checked by deterministic rules, held for a human when unsure, and recorded — the model's own output is never the last word.
- Extracted data is checked against validation, lookup, and reconciliation-with-tolerance rules before it's trusted.
- A second-opinion reviewer model checks the primary result; disagreement holds the run for a human.
- Low-confidence or disputed items go to a policy-based human review queue instead of acting automatically.
- Every run is kept in a full run history, with an activity feed, so a decision can be re-checked later.
Human-in-the-loop, by default.
Every Mobiprise product is designed to be accountable to the humans who run it — not just fast.

What it runs on
- Windows 11 or Linux with an NVIDIA GPU
- Docker release install or Windows one-click kit
- Air-gapped model distribution over LAN supported
Built for these teams
- Document-heavy and operations-heavy teams running configuration-driven workflows.
- Teams already using ServiceNow, SAP (OData/HANA), Pega, Snowflake, or Salesforce who need those systems connected end to end.
- Order operations handling delivery-date changes, cancellations, returns, and rejections.
Questions worth asking
It's in early access: in development, with substantial R&D ground already covered. We're open to pilots and collaboration, with general release coming soon.
No. It runs local-first, with on-prem GGUF inference (Gemma-4-E4B text, Qwen2.5-VL-7B vision) or any OpenAI-compatible/cloud model you choose per workflow. No vendor-hosted components — nothing leaves your network.
A second-opinion reviewer model checks the result. Disagreement holds the run in a policy-based human review queue instead of acting automatically.
No. Built-in robots (Playwright-based browser automation, SAP GUI scripting) are included. UiPath dispatch is also supported if you already run it.
Windows 11 or Linux with an NVIDIA GPU. It installs via Docker or a Windows one-click kit, including air-gapped model distribution over LAN. We recommend running a 27B LLM, which runs comfortably on a machine with 48 GB of VRAM — smaller models also work, with some compromise on speed and accuracy.
Pilot Orchestrator Studio on your own workflow.
We're open to collaboration now — bring a document-heavy or operations-heavy workflow and we'll scope a pilot together.
