Overview
Mobiprise Systems ("Mobiprise", "we", "us") builds local-first AI products and provides the engineering behind them. This policy explains what information mobiprise.com collects, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you submit. The contact form on /contact collects your full name, work email, company (optional), area of interest, and message. Nothing is collected unless you choose to submit the form.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. This site uses no analytics or tracking scripts.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and route it to the right team (sales or support).
- Keep an internal record of enquiries so we don't lose track of a conversation.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies beyond what's strictly necessary for it to function — at present, that means none: there is no login, shopping cart, or session state to maintain. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated first, and a cookie banner added if required by law.
Third-party services
This site makes no third-party requests at all. Typefaces (Geist, Geist Mono, Inter) are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, and we embed no trackers, ads, analytics tags, or widgets. Nothing on these pages contacts another company when you visit. If that changes — for example a scheduling widget or analytics tag — we'll update this policy first.

Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located — including under India's DPDP Act, or GDPR/CCPA — you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, email us at sales@mobiprise.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through this site. Submissions are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered by email to the relevant team; we do not hold them in a separate customer database on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date shown on this page.
