Our story

Product engineering partners who invest in research to bring value to our customers.

For over a decade, Mobiprise Systems has built and run the software our clients use every day — mobility platforms, ERPs, cloud systems — as their offshore product development partner. That partnership continues. From it, a research program grew, and from the research came a new generation of local-AI products.

Mission

Make technology accessible to everyone.

That's the reason a consulting firm stayed on as a long-term engineering partner, and the reason that partnership grew a research program instead of shipping a chatbot wrapper.

What we're working toward

AI that is reliable at its core, local by default, and accountable to the humans who own it.

That's what our research program measures and what every product we ship is built toward — not a claim of "solved," a direction we keep moving in.

How we got here

Partner, then research, then products — both, together.

  1. The beginning

    A technology consulting firm

Mobiprise started by evaluating software vendors for clients — learning, deal by deal, what enterprise software actually needed to do.

  2. The first product

A client asked us to build, not just advise

One client asked us to build its product suite instead of buying one off the shelf. We did, and stayed on as its long-term product partner.

  3. Offshore development centre

From one partner to a delivery centre

That way of working — dedicated teams, long-term ownership — grew into an offshore product development centre serving clients across three continents.

  4. Mobiprise Systems

A name for the partner we'd become

We rebranded as MobiPrise Systems: an engineering partner clients keep for years, not a staffing vendor.

  5. Local-AI research

A research program grown from partner problems

The same clients we build and run products for hit the same three walls with generative AI: silent failures, cloud-only inference, and no one accountable for what the model did. We started a research program to fix that in our own products first.

  6. Three products

Research became something you can run

That research became CrestBid AI, Orchestrator Studio, and Vexilo — three independent products, built on the same principles.

  7. Today

Partner engineering and local-AI products, side by side

Both continue: we're still the engineering partner clients keep for years, and the same team now invests in research to bring local AI to the products we build.

What we believe

What every product is held to.

Fails loudly, never silently.

Our research cut silent errors from 36% to 4% on our internal benchmark.

Runs on hardware you own.

Our products run on everyday hardware — a laptop GPU, an Apple Silicon Mac, or one on-prem workstation. Nothing leaves your network.

A human confirms when it matters.

Confidence-gated review queues, approval-only learning, cell-level diffs, and audit trails by default.

Culture

What we hold each other to.

Keep your mind open

Respect everyone

Communicate & contribute

We are competing outside, not within

Be honest, speak your mind, listen to understand

Learning should never end

Nobody is perfect, but we can make a perfect team

How we work together

Structured enough to ship, flexible enough to live.

Core hours

4–5 hours a day, together — that's when the team syncs.

Flexible otherwise

Outside core hours, everyone manages their own time.

Remote-ready

Built for distributed teams by default, not as an exception.

Continuity

Backups of backups — every role has one, and so does the backup.
